Paul Le Gros

Chairman

Paul has worked as a lawyer in Nelson for over 30 years. After many years as a Partner in a national law firm, Paul retired from the firm in 2014 and started his own boutique law practice specialising in asset planning, commercial and governance law. He holds several business and board appointments over a range of industries. Over the past 30 years, Paul has been extensively involved with the YMCA movement in Nelson, nationally and internationally on constitutional and governance matters.

Teresa Ciprian

Director

Teresa has a background in the commercialisation, marketing and business development of consumer dairy and other foods. She has significant international business experience, having held a number of senior roles with DANONE in the USA and France. She began her career as a technician in the dairy industry, and is passionate about adding value to New Zealand's primary and technology based industries. Teresa's governance portfolio includes the boards of Firstlight Foods Ltd and AgResearch.

Richard Small

Director

Richard has extensive international business experience in the service sector related to large scale Dairy process technology. Since retiring from his own business ventures he has been heavily involved in community work and following his passion for encouraging and mentoring young people into aviation. Richard has served as the National President of the Royal New Zealand Aero Club and sits on several aviation industry consultative and participative bodies.

Ian Andrews

Director

Ian is in his early 70’s with a background of 50 years self-employed in Construction, Project Management, Farming, Boat building and Aviation. He holds a diploma in Governance from the NZ Institute of Directors, and is the President of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, as well as President of the New Zealand Aviation Federation.

John Nicholson

Director

John has a background in international business development encompassing primary products, manufactured products and services. He has participated in several trade agreement negotiations and helped implement strategies to take advantage of the opportunities they have created. John has lived and worked in London, Fiji, Melbourne, Singapore and Sydney, and is Chief Executive of Aviation New Zealand.
